Registration for IGNITE 2kX is a two-part process.
Part I - Register for the Program IGNITE 2kX Registration Fee: $80 per person. Registration Includes: Participation in all program events: large group gatherings, workshops, free time activities, and concerts.
This registration fee is per person, both youth and adults.
Late Fee: After January 14, the registration fee will increase to $100 per person. Walk-Up Fee: Those not pre-registering will be charged $125 per person at the door. When you register, we will need to know the names and grade level of each person attending. We will collect the entire fee upon registration. You can also prepay for an IGNITE 2kX T-shirt at a discounted price when you register. You can pay online with a credit or debit card or mail a check to the Conference Office. Part II - Reserve Your Hotel Rooms The Crowne Plaza is offering us reduced room rates until January 14. Hotel Reservations Incude: 1 hotel room, 2 nights, mazimum 4 people.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening reception on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
Hotel Rates Single - $359.00 - (hotel room for 2 nights for 1 person and 1 meal ticket) Double - $216.00 per person - (hotel room for 2 nights for 2 people and 2 meal tickets) Triple - $169.00 per person - (hotel room for 2 nights for 3 people and 3 meal tickets) Quad - $145.00 per person - (hotel room for 2 nights for 4 people and 4 meal tickets) Late Fee: After January 14, reservations will cost an additional $50 per room. Rollaway beds may be available for $20 each. The Crowne Plaza will need to know the names of each person in each room. Be mindful of Safe Sanctuary guidelines as you are planning who will room together. There will be security guards on duty outside our rooms both nights. Perhaps you could contact other churches to explore the possibility of sharing rooms. Making Hotel Reservations 1. Download this reservation form. 2. Print one copy of the form for each room you are reserving. Reservations will be held with a credit card number. (Cards will not be charged unless no other payment is received.)
Full payment is not due until IGNITE.
Room cancellations will be granted until 5:00 on January 28. Unused rooms not cancelled will be billed for one night.
